Troubleshooting
Why did my image come out stretched or squashed? ›
The aspect-ratio lock was likely turned off before entering dimensions. Turn it back on and re-enter just the width or height.
Why does the resized image look soft or pixelated? ›
Resizing well above the original resolution stretches existing pixels rather than adding real detail. Keep the target size at or below the original dimensions for the sharpest result.
