Frequently asked questions
Can I crop to a specific aspect ratio? ›
Yes, pick a preset like 1:1 or 16:9, or enter an exact width and height.
Does cropping upload my photo to check the boundary? ›
No — the boundary preview and the final crop both happen locally in your browser.
Can I undo and try a different crop area? ›
Yes, adjust the position/size fields at any time before downloading; nothing is finalized until you download.
Troubleshooting
Why do I see a crop area error message? ›
The X/Y position plus the width/height must stay within the image’s actual pixel dimensions — reduce the width or height, or lower X/Y, so the crop area fits inside the original image.
Why is my cropped result blank or mostly one color? ›
Double-check the X/Y position — a crop area placed outside the visible part of the photo will capture background or edge pixels only.
