Troubleshooting

Why is part of my photo missing from a generated size? ›

Each preset crops to its own aspect ratio from the center of the source image, so wide or tall photos can lose content near the edges — use Crop Image first if you need precise control over what stays in frame.

Why didn’t all my selected sizes appear in the ZIP? ›

Make sure at least one platform checkbox stayed checked before clicking Generate — unchecked presets are skipped entirely.
